Under the current admission rules, DAT Prelims is a qualifying stage only — its score is not carried forward. Your final rank is determined entirely by your DAT Mains performance (studio test, plus interview and portfolio for M.Des). This makes early, sustained Mains preparation the single biggest factor in your rank, and it is the foundation of our course design.

Live classes by NID/NIFT/IIT alumni, complete DAT Prelims and Mains preparation, couriered and digital study material, NID previous year papers with solutions, full mock test series, studio-test simulations with a home materials kit, portfolio and interview prep for M.Des, and one-on-one mentorship with monthly parent–teacher meetings.

₹25,000–30,000 for the 3–4 month crash course, ₹45,000–50,000 for the one-year program, and ₹60,000–65,000 for the two-year foundation. Online and classroom fees are the same, and the program also covers NIFT and UCEED preparation at no additional cost.

Yes. We send a materials list before each simulation, you build the model live on camera within the official time limit, and your mentor evaluates both your process and your outcome. Students routinely complete 15+ full studio simulations with us before the real Mains.

Students who have passed or are appearing for Class 12 from any stream — Science, Commerce or Humanities — within the prescribed age limit (around 20 years, with a 3-year relaxation for reserved categories). Exact criteria are published in each year's official admissions handbook, and we verify eligibility for every student at enrolment.

Ideally 12–18 months before your Prelims (Class 11 or early Class 12), because drawing skill and design thinking build gradually. That said, our crash course has produced selections for focused students who started 3–4 months out. The later you start, the more your daily practice hours matter.

Yes. The aptitude, sketching and creativity foundations of NID DAT, NIFT CAT/GAT and UCEED overlap substantially, so every Design Launcher program prepares you for all three exams together — see our UCEED coaching and NIFT coaching pages for exam-specific detail.

Recorded courses give you information; they cannot correct your sketch, question your composition choices, or push you through a timed studio drill. Design entrance exams are skill exams — improvement comes from personalised correction, which is why every seat in our program includes live teaching and individual feedback, not just content access.
